Incredible views of the Marina and the international golf course, on the 3rd and top floor with lift, in a well-kept and secure residence, 150 m from all activities, beaches, shops, restaurants and excursions. All on foot, no car required. The flat is 34 m² and can accommodate up to 2 people (a child under 2 can be accommodated on request). Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- An attractive 24 m² living room with TV and dining area with dining table \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. \- A mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), bedding changed in 2025 \- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC Outside: \- A 9 m² terrace, facing north-east, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
