This terrace is equipped with a shower and WC. The swimming pool accessible from the 8m x 4m terrace is salted for better comfort. You will have direct access to the 1000 m2 tropical garden with vanilla, banana, coconut, bougainvillea, palm, frangipani, hibiscus, tiare flower. The Florentine villa is equipped with a buffer tank directly connected to the water network, protecting you from cuts. Located at the eastern end of Grande Terre, Saint François is a seaside resort renowned for the quality of its environment. Saint-Francois and Sainte-Anne are 2 tourist hotspots, 15km from Le Moule, a typical town in Guadeloupe. Saint François benefits from a micro-climate: it rains there much less than on the rest of the island, which makes the place attractive in any season. The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe await you a few minutes from the villa, in a few minutes by car to the beach of clear grapes, beach protected by the coral reef, swimming in the lagoons at 28 °. Departure for boat trips to other islands, horse riding, jet-skiing, aerodrome, diving, hiking, 18-hole international golf, casino ... A car is still essential for visiting and shopping. The villa is located 5 minutes from the rotunda market (fruit, vegetables, Creole dishes, crafts), shops and the fishing port where you can buy fresh fish directly. Saint François benefits from numerous sports activities linked to the sea (diving, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, kayaking, sailing, paddle, surfing, horse riding), and the international golf course (18 holes). The marina of Saint François, its shops, bars, restaurants and casino will welcome you for your moments of relaxation. The maritime station of Saint François provides easy access to nearby islands (Marie Galante, Les Saintes, La Désirade), for day trips or longer stays. You can take a day trip on a small land catamaran, a small island classified as a nature reserve, swim among turtles and rays, and observe iguanas. Un petit rafraîchissement des salles de bain serait un plus. Elle est bien située, au calme, pas trop loin des plages et des commerces. La maison est spacieuse disposant de 2 niveaux de vie extérieurs distincts.les pièces intérieures sont spacieuses et ouvertes sur les terrasses extérieures. La terrasse du 1er étage offre une très agréable vue sur végétation et mer. La cuisine ouverte est spacieuse et très circulante. Bien équipée. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture du centre et de la marina de saint francois. Dans l'ensemble la maison est récemment rénovée et meublée de façon moderne. La maison est en bord de route, route peu passante pour autant elle n'est pas complètement isolée du bruit. (Passage régulier de voitures).
