  • MARACUJA APARTMENTS—COMPLETELY RENOVATED WITH A VERY MODERN AND FUNCTIONAL STYLE—WILL WELCOME YOU FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE VACATION

    RIGHT ON THE BEACH, LESS THAN 10 M AWAY, WITH A VIEW OF THE LTURQUOISE AGON.

    A paradise-like setting, a 1,200 m² infinity pool, and a private beach 200 m away,

    L’Anse des Rochers is a private estate featuring 8 hectares of tropical gardens (fully enclosed and secure with a caretaker and parking spaces) located about 3 km from the town of St-François and 30 km from the airport.

    Our apartments were fully renovated and furnished in late 2020
    They are fully equipped; linens, sheets, and towels are provided.
    The estate features its own private pool—the largest infinity pool in the Caribbean, located across from Marie-Galante (with a magnificent view)—and a separate children’s pool.

    It also features a private beach with beach huts, a diving club, and a restaurant. The beach and pool are lit at night. The diving club offers fins, masks, and snorkels for rent.

    The restaurant/snack bar/bakery “Ti Coco” serves breakfast and fresh bread in the morning and remains open for lunch and dinner.

    A tennis court, a mini-golf course, and a pétanque court are available for your use.

    The apartment features a bathroom with a tub, a terrace, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, as well as a large double bed (160x190) and a Bultex sofa bed (120x190).

    The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary kitchen appliances.

    The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with an USB port and digital terrestrial TV (TNT). It also includes a washing machine, a hair dryer, an ironing board, an iron, and a clothesline.

    Baby gear is available upon request: travel cot + mattress + mosquito net + sheets, bottle steriliser, nightlight, high chair, baby bouncer, infant and toddler car seats, baby bathtub, etc.

    Sheets, bath towels, tea towels, and rugs are provided.

    Check-in/Check-out: A property inspection is conducted upon arrival and departure.

    Keys will be handed to you in person at the property or at the airport.
