The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. "I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."

"We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. The breakfast was fine, with a good range of items to choose from a self-serve counter, helped the day off to a good start."

"Great location. excellent breakfast buffet. View of lake obstructed by city trees so don't expect a view. Town has lots of tourist. Nice place to spend a couple of days. In planning travel: we came from Dijon which was a long drive. But then went on to Colmar, Crazy mountain roads at least half of the way. Beware not easy driving. Very small room. Don't miss the museum in the Chateau very informative about the history of the lake.Take a boat ride."
