Le Jura - Saint Emilion

Located in the heart of the vineyards, 4 kilometers from Saint Emilion and its medieval town, our cottage welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. This house, completely renovated internally in 2021, consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a veranda, a TV lounge, and three bedrooms, two of which have a 140x200 bed and the third a 140x190 bed (two twin 70x190 beds). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning in the main room. You will have access to a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture. Parking is available on the property. The cottage is located near the owners' premises and along a secondary road, whose traffic, mainly related to local winemaking and agricultural activities, varies depending on the season. Sheets and towels are available for rent, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (fee-based services). Heating is included. Pets are welcome (additional deposit of €300), and end-of-stay cleaning is provided. Wi-Fi access is available. There is an electric charging station with a meter (please notify the owner upon arrival if you need to use it). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity and heating.

Lovely property in wonderful surroundings, delightful owner. Minutes from St Emilion and easy to get to. Don't forget to order you wine, also from the owner. Well, it's simply polite to support the local economy. We'll be back
