Fully renovated gîte 12km from Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne, with lots to see and do nearby. Good quality accommodation for 6 people. On arrival, choose between two covered terraces (19.5 sq.m. & 12.5 sq.m.) with view of surrounding countryside. Entry into living room with open-plan fitted kitchen or into lounge area. Practical, light & airy shower room, separate WC, understairs utility area. 1st floor: landing leading to 3 large bedrooms (two 90x200cm beds OR king-size bed in each) with view of wooded scenery and warm, individual colours: mustard, red, blue. Oil-fired heating.|Gîte ideally located for Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne (market in old town, arboretum), the Dombes (lakes, park/bird sanctuary), lots of family outings. 100€ damage deposit required if you bring pet(s). In the ain we are good, in the Sablons everything is good.
