Bus stop at the foot of the residence. Located in the Residence of the Sea in the DRC and overlooking the park and private residence (secured and accessible to owners). It is composed of : \- Two bedrooms with large closets. 1st bedroom with double bed (140) / 2nd bedroom with two single beds (90) \- The kitchen (redone) fully equipped (oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, hood, coffee maker, dishes / kitchen utensils provided), \- Living room (TV) extended by a loggia closed by large windows overlooking the park. \- Shower room and separate WC \- Private parking space is attached to this apartment + great parking facility in front of the building.
