Varde - appartement avec jardin

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Coulomb, this charming apartment under roof, crossing from East to West, of a surface of 33 m ÂČ and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 19 mÂČ, an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 180 mÂČ. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 mÂČ with TV and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other apartments and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small dead end. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Between Saint Malo and Cancale come and enjoy the town of Saint-Coulomb, a resort site for tourists in all seasons.
- Tourist sites : Many fine sandy beaches, Saint Malo (the Corsair city), Cancale and its oysters, Dinard (pearl of the Emerald Coast), Dinan (city of art and history with picturesque charm), Rennes (capital of Brittany)
- Sporting activities : Various nautical activities, hiking along the GR34 to discover the Breton coast, paragliding...
- Cultural visits : The Mont Saint-Michel located at about 30 km, the big aquarium of Saint Malo...

L’appartement est petit mais fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu’il faut. Aucun problĂšme d’insonorisation avec l’extĂ©rieur, on y dors comme un bĂ©bĂ©. Nous recommandons ce logement pour une semaine Ă  2."

Varde "Je ne recommande pas cet appartement pour un sĂ©jour plus long que 2/3 jours ni pour un couple. L'appartement est assez petit, trĂšs mal pensĂ©, on se tape la tĂȘte un peu partout. C'est ok pour 1 personne mais pas pour 2. Le lit n'est pas confortable, on roule dedans. Il fait aussi trĂšs chaud au 2Ăšme Ă©tage l'Ă©tĂ© et il n'y a aucun rouleau pour le vĂ©lux du salon. 1 seule serviette par personne et 1 paire de draps seulement pour 10 jours, rien de rechange. Impossible Ă  trouver en arrivant, aucune indications mis Ă  part les codes. Il faut aussi savoir que l'appartement est collĂ© Ă  une boulangerie et Ă  l'Ă©glise du village qui sonne toutes les 15min. L'isolation des appartements n'est pas bonne. Le parking est trop petit si vous avez une voiture plus grosse qu'une twingo et que toutes les places sont prises, c'est impossible de se garer. Heureusement que la rĂ©gion est magnifique. Seul bon point, l'endroit est trĂšs bien placĂ© par rapport Ă  Cancale et Saint Malo."

IdĂ©alement situĂ© entre Saint-Malo et Cancale, jamais plus de 15-20 minutes de voiture pour s'y dĂ©placer. Les commerces de proximitĂ© sont un plus ! (pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie/traiteur, cafĂ©, tabac presse) BĂ©mol sur l'arrivĂ©e en autonomie : logement difficilement accessible car le gps fait passer par de petites rues oĂč il est difficile de manƓuvrer. Peu d'indications quant au numĂ©ro de logement et de place de parking attribuĂ©e. L'insonorisation entre appartements n'est pas super, mais celle avec l'extĂ©rieur est bien. Varde Die Unterkunft ist fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte gut geeignet. Auch das Internet ist absolut ausreichend fĂŒr Remote Arbeit. In der Wohnung war aus meiner Sicht alles nötig fĂŒr einen schönen Aufenthalt vorhanden sowie die Lage der Wohnung sehr zentral im Ort und trotzdem ruhig.
