With 2 fireplaces (decorative only), a row of cabinets and a period clock.On the ground floor also, in the lean-to, an 11 m2 bedroom, a bathroom (sink + shower), the entrance hall of the house (in granite paving), a toilet and the 'Ty-Vorn' living room (11 m2), room where the old oven was located (with its fireplace).On the first floor (70 m2 in total), there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room (with 2 sinks and a shower). The large bedroom has an office area and a walk-in closet, as well as a fireplace. A second bedroom has a marble fireplace.The third bedroom is smaller and is intended for children, with a bunk bed.On the second floor (former attic), 2 spacious bedrooms at the ends and a central relaxation area.The heating uses an aerothermal heat pump with heated floor on the ground floor and cast iron radiators on the 2 floors.Outside, on the side of the entrance courtyard, a restored and secured well and the old cider press. Several parking spaces are available in this courtyard.On the other side, in front of the house, a courtyard of about 80 m2 and a lawn of about 120 m2\. The courtyard has an old farmhouse table and benches for outdoor dining; a barbecue and space for ball games too. In the farmhouse, only the main house, the entrance courtyard and the courtyard facing the house (courtyard and lawn) are accessible to tenants.The old annexes (nurseries, shed) are not rented. Renovation work is planned in some of them. . The cottage is located at the end of a dead-end road. The hamlet has 2 dwellings. No other neighbors within 500 meters. The small town of Pontrieux (ranked 6th favorite village of the French 2023) is 3 kilometers away. There are restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, as well as several doctors.The town of Pontrieux offers tourist attractions: boat rides, historic heart and small steam train to Paimpol.5 kilometers away, you can visit the departmental estate of La Roche-Jacut with its castle, the construction of which dates back to the 15th century. Exhibitions are held regularly.Other nearby landmarks: Beauport Abbey near Paimpol, the historic heart of Guingamp and its prison.The beaches of Bréhec and Trestel are about half an hour's drive away. The island of Bréhat is a destination for a day trip.Perros-Guirec and the Pink Granite Coast are 25 kilometers away.For children, the Armoriparc is about 15 kilometers away, in Bégard. Foreign travelers are welcome.
