Good option for a cheap one night stay
Very simple hotell room with a bare minimum of feature. Good option if you are looking for a cheap one night stay.

Disapointing
Was clean and reasonably comfortable down side air con not working on room on hotest day of the year paid 18euro for 3 breakfasts only to get into a dispute the following morning as to wether i had paid!! Keep your reciepts!! Breakfast selection very poor and overpriced not sure i would stay here again.

Was cheap so I didn't expect much and didn't get much. We just needed a place to sleep. Don't expect any amenities. The bed was okay and clean so that was enough. The bathroom was tiny.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room good for a budget hotel. The hotel facilities were basic, but the hotel has discount deals with some local restaurants, so the lack of dining and bar facilities was not a problem. The hotel is within an industrial area so a car or transport is needed to reach the town centre. This hotel is excellent for a budget overnight stay when travelling.

In terms of value for money, this hotel was excellent. We stopped there whilst travelling from Disneyland to the south of France. There are two restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The area is lovely. Please note you have to check in between 5-9pm.

Hotel is only good for people doing business in the area. It is not hotel i would recommend to stay for leisure.

Good basic hotel with a bed :)
We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The hotel is near a few restaurants and a supermarket, but needs a hire car to get to. It's about 5mins from Sens, which also has some nice restaurants. The hotel is great if you're just looking for a basic room with a bed and a shower; it serves it's purpose :)

Nearest restaurant served ONLY dead animals. The ONLY time in over 40 years of travelling in France that a restaurant in France refused to make an omelette for me. Further afield another Grill offered a buffet of which about 5 % did not contain meat; but 95 % did, and charged accordingly. I weigh 16 stones, and it was impossible to close the door of the shower. I had to shower with the door open. Only 1 tooth mug supplied for 2 people Despite my docket from the booking agency confirming "taxes included", I was charged on extra 95 centimes pp for breakfast

Very good value, our room was basically brand new. Although we didn't have the breakfast it looked like a great deal for €5.

Just to drop to sleep for one night, no more.
Room condition would be ok if smell of plastic was not in the room (message to not close the window was just about it). Seems to be it was used cheap materials during building.

An overnight stay in a convenient location just off the auto-route. Room was excellent for our needs, staff was courteous and helpful and there was a choice of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Best shower ever!
Working nearby and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel delivered what I needed. The shower was hot and plenty of water powerfully delivered. The bathroom extract worked well. The bed was really comfortable. There were enough facilities for one, but not sure about if I was with say my wife & child.

This was the second time we had stayed here - the first time we were impressed, but not this time. The room was at the back, overlooking a garishly-lit restaurant. We had to draw the curtains back, because we had to open the window as it was warm and the a/c didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no hot water. Very disappointed.

Good location
Pleasant welcome to this recently built hotel. Location on the motorways junction is easy to find and convenient. The room was a good size for a stopover hotel: the bathroom was well equipped although the space allowed in the shower for the door to close was restricted. Air conditioning is provided but was not working in our room - the window could not be closed fully because of a fault on the window edge. Despite these snags, we would visit again.

Ok place to stay for an over night
As a family of four we managed to book a room which we accommodate all of us. Double bed with a single and bunk. This was actually surprising as it looks like most of the clientele is single men (the lot was full of sales and service vehicles) stopping for the night from driving on the highway. The room was ok value for the price. We did boom a non smoking room however the hotel did not enforce this rule at all. The room smelled of stale smoke and had cigarette burns on the night stand. We did open the window to air the room out and this helped a bit. We left the hotel and went to Sens where the main attractions of the center are about 5 km drive away.
