    It features an entryway with a closet, a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette that opens onto a large southeast-facing terrace—perfect for meals and relaxing
    One bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a closet, with direct access to the terrace; a second bedroom with a closet, furnished with two single beds (80x190 cm), also opening onto the terrace; a bathroom with a large shower; and a separate toilet.
    A private garage completes this property—a real plus in the city centre.
