Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die kommunikation war für mich sehr mühsam. Es wurde auf meine Anfrage ca 10 Tage vorher nicht geantwortet. Am Abend vor der Abreise erhielt ich um 10 Uhr 30 Abends eien Anfrage ob wir die Bettwäsche brauchen, obwohl im Inserat von Fewo steht, dass es inbegriffen ist. Auch kam vorletzten Tag ein Mail, welches von möglichen Zusatzkosten für die Reinigung verlangte, auch davon stand im Inserat nichts. Der Schlüsselcode wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert.
