You will be a 10-minute walk from the Port of Légué, 1km from the city center of Saint-Brieuc and in the immediate vicinity of the Plérin clinic, the Rosaires and Saint-Laurent seaside resorts.

You have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment. In other words, you are at home!

The apartment has just been renovated to make you as comfortable as possible:

The location is ideal for exploring the bay of Saint-Brieuc and beyond in Brittany, with several quick accesses to national roads.

Wir haben uns in der kleinen, ruhige, moderne und gut eingerichteten Wohnung gut gefühlt. Der Standort war gut um in der Nord-Betragne Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung liegt unweit vom Hafen "Port du Legue". Wir empfehlen dort das Restaurant "La Passerelle".

Ne tenez pas compte de l’entrée et de la vétusté des communs, un lieu cosy fonctionnel et très bientôt décoré vous attend des la porte passée. Rien ne manque et la décoration est très actuelle, la salle de douche un plaisir. Bref parfait .
