EN REVANCHE : Très déçus d'être passé par une agence : pas d'état des lieux alors que l'on nous demande une caution de 800 euros, nous prenons les clefs à l'agence sans être accompagné à l'appartement, nous devons chercher par nous même le box, l'étage et la porte sur le palier. Idem dans l'appartement à nous de tout découvrir. Lampe de chevet que ne fonctionne pas (l'agence proposera de la changer 4 jours après soit la veille de notre départ) Douche qui ne s'écoule pas correctement, donc presque impraticable (idem l'agence ne s'en occupera pas pendant notre séjour) Pour un prix élevé : les draps ne sont pas fourni, le WI FI est à rajouter, même le tapis de bain est en location. ##### veronique c. L'arrivée n'a pas été très simple : il faut aller chercher la clef dans une agence immobilière qui se trouve à St Brévin l'Océan alors que l'appartement est à St Brévin les pins, à bonne distance. l'accueil est sympathique, mais on ne nous accompagne pas à l'appartement qui n'est pas facile à trouver dans une avenue barrée et en plein travaux, on a eu du mal à trouver. A l'arrivée, c'est la bonne surprise car l'appartement dépasse largement le peu qui est dit dans l'annonce où il y a trop peu de photos et peu d'explications. L'appartement est splendide, moderne, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, spacieux et surtout il n'y manque absolument rien. Le balcon est plus grand que ce qu'on imaginait et la vue sur la mer, l'estuaire de la Loire et St Nazaire au fond est magnifique. Seul bémol, la mer même à marée haute est très loin et pour la plage, celle de St Brévin l'Océan est beaucoup mieux mais il faut y aller en voiture ou en vélo. Nous avons surtout apprécié le centre ville tout proche, on peut faire toute ses courses et son shopping à pied, c'est appréciable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, en plus avec un très beau temps... ##### Catherine D.
