We were very warmly welcomed by all staff. we enjoy the dinner buffet and also breakfast. However, as a foreign visitor it was unclear how to access parking and the elevator to the parking. We had to park temporarily in front and check in to get directions. Result from lack of information, we unloaded at street then parked underground hauling some cases upstairs (later found there was a separate elevator to the parking.). I don’t remember that information being shared with the online reservation although I sent several messages. Don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely hotel and staff we’re fantastic but management should provide more detailed information for travelers.

"Chambre très sommaire pour le niveau de prix! La fenêtre donne sur le mure d’en face, on voit mm pas le ciel. Pas de place dans la chambre encombré de 4 lits qui occupe tout l’espace. La clim faisait un bruit de résonance me faisant mal au oreille. Bref je déconseille si ce n’est l’hôtel au moins ..."

"Le site est magnifique, l'accueil est chaleureux. Le jaccuzi et le SPA ne nous ont pas inspiré, La piscine est sympa mais un nettoyage du fond serait nécessaire. Par contre les gîtes sont bien adaptés pour des grands groupes. Tournois de babyfoot et ping pong à gogo idéal pour les activités en famille. ..."
