The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Toulouse. I arrived on an early morning flight and the staff were very kind and got my room ready early for which I was very grateful.

The apartment was good value for money, centrally located in a lovely little neighbourhood with a supermarket and bakery a two minute walk away. About a 10-15 minute walk from the train station.
Staff were lovely and helpful and the building smelled nice and clean when you walked in.
The kitchen is very basic, just a large cupboard with a two ring hob, microwave, kettle and fridge and very basic crockery, some of which was not clean - but easily fixed and we managed fine.
Bed was very comfortable and we slept well though you could easily hear people coming and going early in the morning.
Overall a very pleasant stay in a lovely city.

Hotel located outside the city . Room was huge . Not close to the city . Parking included . We like for what we need it one night . Hotel is beautiful for a long stay

The room and location were perfect. The breakfast was fresh and substantial. The only issue, and it was minor, is the 5th floor is directly under an event space and you may be disturbed if they need to move furniture. Ear plugs may be necessary or it might be best to request 4th foor and under

This lovely newish Hotel has a few issues! The wash basin didn’t drain & had mould in the corners where filled with silicone and the dock lock didn’t work properly. However the staff were amazing! Please sort these small build issues and it will be a really good stopover!!
