Facing south with a breathtaking view of the Serre Ponçon lake and its mountains! From the terrace as from the inside, the view is breathtaking.
In a small quiet village, you are close (2km) to the magnificent mountain lake of Saint Apollinaire (ideal for families, small beach, swimming, pedal boat, fly fishing, restaurant ...).
In 10 min you reach the large greenhouse lake ponçon that you overlook. You can practice all kinds of nautical activities (kite surfing, dinghy, water skiing, canoeing, windsurfing ...)
On the edge of the Ecrins National Park, you are close to many hiking departures.
