About this property

Spacious, family-run vacation rental “Roses” – Peace and quiet, a chance to unwind, in the Cèze Valley near the Ardèche

  • The spacious and quiet stone house for 8 people was created in an old building on the edge of Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis, a typical village on the heights of the Cèze valley near the Ardèche. The Provençal style has been preserved. The rooms are bright and the volumes under the slopes are pleasant. Total area of 125 m2 with 3 bedrooms and an independent kitchen,
The cottage is spacious and ideal for a large family. The house, thanks to its massive stone walls, has enough thermal inertia to remain pleasant throughout the day in the summer season. Two other cottages and our personal home are on the same site. The different accommodation is arranged in such a way as to preserve the privacy of everyone.
The 4x9m swimming pool, shared, is set back from the cottages. The view is beautiful and unobstructed over the Cèze valley and will allow you to cool off at any time after your sightseeing walks!
From your pied-à-terre, ideally located in the Cèze valley, you can access 1 km from the place called Courau and its swimming beaches, its canoe/kayak rental and its very popular guinguette. Less than 5 minutes away by car, is the village of Goudargues nicknamed "The little Venice of the Gard" with its bars and restaurants on the banks of its bucolic canals and its market on Wednesday mornings.

The gates of the Ardèche quickly open to you to the north:
With Barjac (15'), its summer markets and its famous antique dealers' fair, and the fabulous Ribaute area of Anselm Kiefer. The Gorges de l'Ardèche and its canoe descents (30').
