Charming Norman house

  • Available for weekends and weekdays all year round, this charming Norman house of 134 m2 in was certified 4 stars. It is located 20 minutes from Deauville and Trouville Sur Mer. Ideal for a weekend with friends and a family vacation. It has a plot of 3 hectares with animals to delight the little ones and a jacuzzi, sauna, Scandinavian bath and heated indoor pool.

    On the ground floor :

    The house consists of a kitchen equipped with American fridge, 4-burner gas cooker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, a dining room with a table that can seat 10 people, '' a living room with a wood stove, a sofa, flat screen, HIFI, a bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom, WC, another bedroom with 2 double sofa beds.


    Upstairs :

    You will find a bedroom with a double bed and a folding bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with WC.


    Outside :

    A large terrace with breathtaking views of the valley which is composed of a garden furniture, an indoor heated swimming pool (available from February to November), a 9-seater Scandinavian tub, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a ground pétanque, a ping pong table, parking, a large outdoor table, 3 umbrellas and a barbecue all year round
    without forgetting our chickens for fresh eggs for morning breakfast

A lovely property in a peaceful location but only 20 mins from Honfleur, Deauville and Trouville. Great facilities at the property add to the pleasure of a break at Patrick’s property. He doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak French but we got on fine.

Fantastic break, great facilities

Patrick was a great host and promptly sorted a few smaller items that came up during the stay. The highlight being his use of a telescopic digger to rescue a kite from a tree! The facilities were great and kept the 4 kids well entertained; swimming pool, bouncy castle and hot tub during the day then nordic bath at night!. Definitely recommend.

Il y a tout pour passer un bon moment

Chez Patrick il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour s’amuser en famille! La pièce de vie est grande et agréable et il y a énormément d’activités (3 façons différentes de se baigner, le sauna, la pétanque, le château gonflable…). Si vous souhaitez passer un bon moment ensemble c’est idéal! Nous reviendrons très certainement!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre weekend. Les installations sont parfaites, notamment, le jacuzzi (l'eau chaude et agréable) et le bain nordique (l'expérience magnifique du bain chaud sous les étoiles). La vue sur la vallée est très jolie et le château gonflable a plu à notre enfant de 2 ans. La maison est bien équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Nous recommandons le séjour.

Une parenthèse de calme salvatrice

Ce séjour de 4 jours fut parfait !! Un accueil de qualité par Patrick et sa compagne avec des petites tomates du jardin. La vue de la maison/terrasse est apaisante et tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour. Piscine couverte/Baby foot/Jacuzzi, château gonflable pour les petits/Sauna/Bain Nordique avec vue sur la vallée !! La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Prachtig uitzicht

Afgelegen villa met overweldigend uitzicht. Coronaproof! 20minuutjes van de kust (côte fleurie) en een goede uitvalsbasis voor de pittoreske dorpjes van le pays d'Auge. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door gastheer-en vrouw en op onze wenken bediend indien we iets tekort kwamen. Relaxen en eten op het prachtige terras met zamile hot tub: heerlijk. Onze batterijen zijn terug opgeladen!

Une superbe cousinade

Nous avons loué cette belle maison normande à l’occasion d’une cousinade. Nous avons passé un week-end génial : piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, bain nordique, terrain de pétanque, table de Ping pong... tout y est pour qu’on ne s’ennuie pas ! Propriété magnifique et propriétaires très cools

Nous avons passé un week-end d'EVG exceptionnel dans cette charmante propriété. Tout était exactement conforme aux photos et à la description. Patrick, le propriétaire a été particulièrement arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. C'est un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés !
