It is made up of a pretty living room of 43 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of around 170 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4\* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room of 43 m² with TV \- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc. \- Two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190) \- A bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) \- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190) \- Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub \- Two separate toilets For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, a town close to the sea (5 minutes from the house), in a very pleasant environment.
