I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Wait 6 months - they may learn how to show hospitality - or they will go broke!" Upon arrival, I waited \~45 minutes for check-in with no assistance and had to follow up myself, followed by another delay to access my room. As I work online, reliable Wi-Fi is essential; unfortunately, it was inconsistent despite assurances. That evening, a neighboring guest knocked aggressively through a shared door to complain, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The next morning, housekeeping mistakenly asked me to check out. While the manager apologized and offered an upgrade, the experience was already impacted. Even after moving, poor sound insulation meant constant noise (voices, a crying baby, phones). I chose this hotel for comfort and tranquility, especially to balance work and recovery after a medical situation. This was not met. I appreciate the efforts made, but given the disruptions, a goodwill gesture would be appropriate."
