The property was clean, thoughtfully maintained, and full of character. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house perfectly blends historic charm with modern comforts, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.One of the best features is its prime location—most of Frankenmuth's iconic attractions, restaurants, and shops are just a short walk away. It was so convenient to stroll to Zehnder's, the Bavarian Inn, and the charming downtown boutiques without worrying about parking.Whether you're sipping coffee on the cozy porch or exploring the nearby sights, this property feels like a true home away from home. Was on a quiet street with minimal traffic. The bathroom was an A ! The two bedrooms and sitting area were clean and beds were comfortable. Due to the weather being so great we were able to open the windows, however, the sills definitely need cleaning out. Anyway, about a 5 minute walk to town. If you can’t do or don’t like stairs, this may not be the place for you. It was a little chilly but there were space heaters in the rooms that made a big difference. I absolutely would bring blankets for curling up on the couch. Minuscule kitchenette with a dorm fridge so no freezer and no sink - but it is next to the bathroom so you can get water from there. Stated we had to park off street overnight, back by the garage, the hen walk back to the front to get in- no big deal except the ice on the driveway. We opted to get off the driveway and walk through the snow to the front porch - chilly but less risk of falling. Our 2nd night parking by the garage was unavailable. ##### Andrea L. We would have preferred to have a sink in the kitchenette but, it was a short stay. We couldn’t get the tv in the living room to connect to WI Fi but we watched the one in the bedroom and it worked good. Also I would suggest a blind or non sheer curtain on the bathroom door. It overall it was great. Make sure you realize it was a second floor rental. I didn’t see that but we did good. That was on me. ##### Connie H. The owner responded to every question quickly. The unit was very nice. King bed in one bedroom, queen in the other. Beautiful remodeled bathroom. Living room looks out on the street. There's a nice deck outside of the bathroom. The neighborhood is lovely, walkable if it's warm out! There's a microwave and smaller fridge. Table with 4 chairs. Keurig coffeemaker with pods. Plasticware, plates, and cups provided. There was snow while we were there. The porch, steps, and sidewalk weren't shoveled or salted. My friend slipped and fell on the steps.
