We had a great stay here, our room was clean, it was nice to have breakfast right downstairs as well as drinks or apps at night. Pool and hot tub area was very clean, even better to have adult only swim after 1030. The front desk staff, especially Alina, were kind, professional and courteous. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We will absolutely be back in the future.

The hotel itself is very nice. The check-in though takes too long. Need to streamline it better. Also, elevator is at one end or another and only one at each end so it's a long wait after you check in. Can fit about 4 people in the elevator with suitcases. I like that the there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that is open late. I did not like that we got a room with a door to the next room. I think they should let you know at check in if you prefer that or not. The person next to us was very loud and we could hear everything due to the door and not a solid wall.

The snow was not cleaned in the parking lot making it unsafe to walk to the car - I slipped every time I walked through the entrance of the hotel

We have stayed at hotel to watch a number of sporting events at Big E's Sports Bar on the premises. On this stay, we watched NCAA Football Championship game. Michigan won and as the game came to a close we were informed that they were closing. Patrons including us were celebrating the first championship in 27 yrs. We were all disappointed we couldn't celebrate this event for a bit. This will factor in our future decisions as to where to stay and watch events in the future. Also disappointed that the jets in the hot tub are still not working properly. Soap dispenser in bathroom is not in order and neither is the paper towel dispenser. This facility is accommodating but there is some issues with infrastructure that need attention.

Dilapidated overpriced hotel
Overcrowded, overbook, dilapidated hotel had an odor of cigar or cigarette smoke throughout the entire third floor. Waitress at poolside. Dumped entire drink on me and continue to charge 18% gratuity.

Room 333 is right next to the elevator door. Lots of extra people gathering noise. Also the vibration from the elevator power room (or maybe laundry) impacted the headboard. Bed was too comfy to report.
