Rooms were clean,air conditioner kept room cold,refrigerator was clean and cold,microwave was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Owners were on site an very pleasant, working on updating the rooms an property. 15 minutes from shops restaurants all up too 20 minutes away. 15 minutes from frankenmuth.

You know you're not staying at the best hotel in the world at this price point, but it was serviceable for a night's stay. Bed was clean and comfy enough, everything worked (except I couldn't figure out the TV). Bathroom was outdated and a little grimy, but no real cause for concern. I'd recommend staying here if you're on a budget and not picky.

My room is comfortable. The hotel is quiet and perfect for some peace after working all day. The general manager is extremely helpful and nice. I am so glad we gave this place a chance because it far more than old reviews. I love this place and would recommend it to friends and family. Don't listen to older reviews give it a shot. The general manager is new and he's doing great.

Our room was very clean and the people were friendly and accommodating. You could tell that they are working on updating because our room had new carpeting, bedding and mattress. I hope they continue to bring it back to being a gem. I would imagine it will be slow with the cheap rates that they charge. I wish them all the best.

The owner was mowing and ended up throwing rocks and hitting our vehicle. Upon checking out the older man came to the window with what looked like sleeping clothes. And had a wifebeater shirt on, was very inappropriate for a buisness. However as in past reviews they stated that it was dirty but we did not find that to be an issue. It was clean and well maintained although it does need to be updated. I would stay again in a pinch. Being as it is out of town quite aways.

The place is undergoing some renovation and is likely going to change hands soon. It's an older facility ('50s would be my guess), but the couple in charge of the place were doing a nice job upgrading it and repairing what needed to be repaired. The room was clean (except for some diatomaceous earth that had been tracked in earlier in the day, we got there after midnight) and comfortable and quiet. Totally acceptable value lodging.

The room was not very clean, little to no toilet paper The small refrigerator was discussing Air conditioner kept popping its fuse. The bathroom was not cleaned well, shower towels were small and thin. I will never stay there again
