The room was not pleasant or comfortable. It had nothing but two single beds which were past their best. There was no wardrobe, drawer of even a shelf to put clothes - nothing but a rail with some hangers. There was not even a chair to sit on.
The cups in the room were not always replaced with clean ones and tea/coffee not replenished - guests should not have to request this service from reception themselves.
The room is basically no better than a down market hostel and is far from the expectations of a four star rated establishment. Very disappointing accommodation, and the cost of my stay can absolutely not be justified. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Lovely big space with separate bedroom and comfortable bed. Great, quiet location near to the Dart trains and buses to the centre of town. Close to a large supermarket to pick up provisions.
Very clean and the staff were welcoming.

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Waterloo during our recent visit to Dublin. Great location with easy access to transit, clean and quiet, great staff. Beautiful decor. Highly recommended.

"Housekeeping did not change the sheets or the cover. My bed was not made the only replenish one toilet paper which was not enough for me plus the hairdryer I had trouble plugging it in it did not work so I had to walk out with wet hair in the morning. I did call the front desk but there were no help ..."
