My boyfriend and I always come to this hotel whenever we come to NYC. The staff is great and the parking garage is right across the street (there is discounts parking). They also have a wonderful breakfast option as well. We will always come back!

I can't say enough about this hotel. I spoke with Grey on the phone beforehand & she was so wonderful. From the front desk staff, the bellman-who was super helpful & even brought us welcome cookies to our room, the nice room, all of the amenities, housekeeping, they all went above & beyond. This is THE MODEL HOTEL. I will never forget all of the thoughtful extras. Thank you for making our trip to Greenwich Village Unbelievable & Unforgettable! You are all truly the best!!!!

I needed a room for 5 people. Booked this hotel because they had a room for 5 available. Found out that the couch for the 5th person was broken, impossible to sleep on it.
Overall, its an average hotel.
