While the staff was fine, the property itself is a bit run down. It was a bit far from rest of the hotels/shops around although that was compensated by the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. The biggest let down for me was the food - it is just average. Never expected that a resort of such standard are placing these kinda standard of front office staff from the manager to the staff.
