The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

Although the rooms are small compared to what we are used to, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is excellent with walking distance to the train station. It is conveniently located in city center making it very easy to walk to most of the iconic sites one would want to visit in Rome. There are many restaurants in shops nearby.

"This place is disgusting! The rooms smell, it’s dirty and does not feel safe. Do not stay here!! I abandoned my stay and slept on the couch at my daughter’s sorority house. People live there long term. They knock on your doors randomly. Dogs are allowed and bark all night."
