There are three connected homes. We could easily hear the residents of the place above us. Unfortunately for us the floors are not completely level which is not good for someone with balance issues. In the photos and description there was a washer and dryer. When we got there, we found an old washer and no dryer- very disappointed! Hope that gets fixed soon! It's in an area where restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance, and for those of us who enjoy morning walks, there's a beautiful trail that runs alongside one of Sacramento's rivers. The walks are safe and relaxing. Busy days, but peaceful nights... a beautiful area! The owner of the house also allowed us to pick oranges from the orange tree in front of the house, which is beautiful and provides shade and refreshes the house.
