Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls. Kitchen also has a Keurig machine for your convenience. Living room is very spacious with no huge sliding door that over looks the fire pit and seating area in the backyard. Backyard is fully fenced for security and safety. Driveway space is available for 1 vehicle only. Plenty of street parking Garage access is not included in the home rental. You'll have exclusive access to the primary residence, which is Unit A. There's also an attached guest unit, and don't worry, each unit has its own private entrance. That means no shared spaces and complete privacy. $400 refundable deposit for groups of 8 or more.
