Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation.
