    You will feel right at home in this quiet family friendly neighborhood with nearby park. Our spacious one story home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or traveling professionals who want to explore all that the Sacramento area has to offer. Recent paint, new appliances, fully- equipped kitchen, stylish furniture and decor make this home a warm and inviting space.
    Our backyard features a patio for outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and is fully fenced so bring along your fluffy friends.

    Here are a few important rules to help make your stay more comfortable and keep the neighbors happy:

    Please keep sound down after 10:00 pm
    Please park only in front of our home, in the garage or in our driveway. Please do not park in front of a neighbor's home.
    **Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.

We stayed as a group of friends for a weekend at the CIM marathon. Was a great location, quiet and had everything we needed! Would recommend.

The home was perfect for a quick over night work trip. Communication was great and easy to check in, etc…only downside was the yards were very over grown. We weren’t there long enough to utilize the backyard but it was very over grown as well. Again the home its self was immaculate and clean. Only one small downside
