The couch was quite comfy to just chill out on and the bed was great. I’m sure the other one was too but I only slept on one. Everything was straight forward as far as rules and check out process. It was very comfortable and quiet. The backyard area is huge! Even though it was just me this property would be perfect for multiple people as it’s a decent size. The inside was great, but the outside was not maintained. Knowing that many Californians don’t water their lawns, someone could’ve at least kept the weeds mowed down. The neighborhood street was crowded with cars. When we had a problem with people parking in our spot, it was quickly corrected. The owner was very communicative and polite.
