Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.  
  
EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW. If you are looking for a wonderful place with all you need, here it is.  
All the mattresses are pillow-top for a great quality of sleep.  
  
5-bedroom 3-bathroom home. Every room is unique and different from the others.  
  
Charge your electric car with our EV fast charger located inside the garage.  
  
Make wonderful memories playing with your family or friends in our recreation area.  
  
Enjoy a cup of coffee with your crew in our beautiful kitchen (coffee is on us for the first days)

The guest has access to the whole.

\- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap.  
\- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent, and softener.  
\- Two parking spaces on the driveway and another in the garage.

\- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.  
\- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.  
\- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.  
\- No parties allowed.  
\- No visitors allowed.  
\- No pets.  
\- No smoking inside the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a fee).  
\- No drugs inside the property (medical cannabis neither).  
\- Locals must contact us before booking.  
\- We are required to take out our shoes inside of the property, especially at the second floor.  
\- We have a Ring doorbell at the front door for security reasons.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees, so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and an uncontrollable situation.
