  • This chic, two story cottage studio will delight your senses. It’s completely private, very specious and airy, with lots of natural light. It encompasses full bath, walking closet, full kitchen set up with plenty of cabinets space, all cooking gadgets and a lovely balcony with a sitting area. It’s conveniently located near public transportation and beautiful parks. Private pool and hot tub available for use anytime. The yard with has nice fruits trees, flowers and herbs.
    The space includes private yard/ outdoor sitting area. Access to pool and spa
    Access to the entire space.
    Other things to note:
    It’s a truly beautiful space, located in the upscale Mace Ranch community. It is very private, quiet. and safe.

Cozy and comfortable stay!

I stayed here while working at Davis for several weeks and it was the perfect spot to come home to. Dina is so kind, attentive, and available, and I enjoyed getting to know her. The space is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you would need. Great location, very close to everything (could bike or drive anywhere in Davis), but a little separate from the downtown so it is nice and quiet. My favorite part was the attached balcony- I spent many mornings with a cup of coffee out there just enjoying the spot! Highly recommend. Thank you, Dina!!

A charming retreat

I enjoyed my stay at the cottage. I appreciated all the charming decorative details of the decor, and the convenience of having a well equipped kitchen available for my use. I especially appreciated the private entrance. The private outdoor balcony was decorated with flower boxes. The host was very responsive to my special needs and concerns having to do with a minor plumbing issue. It is very important to follow to the letter the signs posted directing the proper use of the facilities.
