Located on a kid-friendly corner lot, this modern home features 1,159 sq ft. of living space, a recently-renovated interior, and brand-new appliances for a comfortable retreat. We are a 3-minute drive to supermarkets, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants, bars, and parks. We have a one-car parking space with plenty of street parking and close proximity to Citrus Heights Town Center. The Space: Our home is a Duplex. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both beds a full/queen and we have 2 slider doors that take you to the spacious backyard. The Neighborhood: Citrus Heights provides convenient access to shopping, dining, and services, with major roads nearby for easy commuting. Overall, Park Oaks is a desirable area for those looking for a suburban lifestyle with community spirit and accessibility. Getting Around: Driving: The location is near major roads like Interstate 80 and Sunrise Boulevard, making it easy to access downtown Sacramento and surrounding areas by car. Public Transportation: The neighborhood is served by regional transit options, including buses that connect to the Sacramento Regional Transit District. You can find bus stops within a short walk, providing access to various routes.
