Welcome to your new home! Don't miss your chance to live at THE MILLS, one of Sacramento's newest and most sought-after communities downtown. Close to many HOSPITALS, this property is located in upper Land Park. A short Uber/Lyft ride will get you anywhere in midtown or downtown Sacramento. Live within walking/biking distance to the Golden 1 Center, the Riverfront, Downtown and Old Town Sacramento, and the many attractions and restaurants nearby. Easy access to HWY 50, I-80, I-5, and 99 FWYs. SMF airport is just a 15-minute drive; Tahoe is just about 90 minutes away; Downtown San Francisco is an 80-minute drive.

The house is a brand new two-floor house built in 2020. In the first floor, there is a spacious 1 bedroom with its own adjustable lovely desk to work from. It also has its own bathroom. Both are located on the first floor, giving the occupant privacy from the rest of the house.
On the second floor, we have the kitchen and living room and the master bedroom (it has a king bed) with its own attached bathroom for privacy.
There is also a rooftop with an outdoor patio that features two seating sofas, a fire pit, and a BBQ Grill, so you can invite your friends for a nice BBQ!
Last but not least, if you want to work out, there is also a garage turned into a gym with the latest workout station Tonal.
