Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The location of the hotel is a short walk from either the Lokalbanhohf metro or the tram 18 station. The only concern that I had was the amount of broken glass all over the area around the hotel since there's quite a few bars around, and the cobblestone streets do not seem to get cleaned particularly ...
