'Bateau Elvis' Houseboat with Private Terrace
Located in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, Pays de la Loire, this unique 50 m² riverboat welcomes up to 2 guests in a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, heating throughout the boat, private TV, video on demand, and a dedicated workspace. The entrance is step-free and the location is ideal, close to public transport.
To ensure you have a wonderful stay, we provide everything you need for breakfast (coffee, tea, orange juice, homemade jam).
Step out onto your private, uncovered terrace to admire views of the castle overlooking Sablé-sur-Sarthe’s harbor. An outdoor shower is available, and the houseboat is moored on a private, secure pontoon.
Parking is available on site in a shared garage as well as on the street. This accommodation is for adults only and events are not permitted.
