"Only I’d say is if you’re bringing a boat then bring bumpers if your have a low sided boat. The low tide will cause your boat to go under the dock"
Waterfront!! Private Pier! Reel Relaxing, Real Fun On Sabine Lake

"Enjoyed watching the huge LNG ship coming into Sabine Pass for loading. There plenty of hot water and good working a/c. Beds are comfortable. Caught a lot of speckled trout of the dock under lights. Suggestion, Need to trim tall bush in back. Bush obstructs view of the lake by 50 percent from the screen in porch. A easy fix. The peir is some what dangerous , Reason the end of the dock need to be restored to a big landing which will make room to fish. Right now its hard to pass by some one that is fishing using the narrow walkway. lost a lot of fishing items falling off pier. I would not let anyone younger than 10 years old right now on pier. if the end of the pier is restored I would definitely rent again. but the dock needs some work."
