Located in the gated Cypress Bend subdivision in Concan, Texas, and only 1.5 blocks from the Frio River, Cedar Circle is the perfect house to enjoy a memorable vacation.
This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath home surrounded by beautiful, mature trees offers 2-queen, 8-twin, and 2-sleeper sofas to sleep 16. You'll enjoy the expansive outdoor area and you're just short walk from the private community park providing you access to the Frio River.
You'll also enjoy easy access to all major activity areas in Concan, including House Pasture Cattle Company and Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course and you're just a short drive from Garner State Park.

PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.

Home was cute & accomidating. Vents were extremely dirty. In the description it said walking access to river. It is two streets over from the water.
