Single level composed of: Double bedroom + children's bedroom for tot. 4p bed + large living room (with possibility of additional bed) with 3p sofa. All air-conditioned rooms. Energy certification class E. Tastefully furnished and equipped with everything: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, 32 "LCD TV, DVD, washing machine, dryer, electric broom Folletto. Large bathroom with shower. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Reserved parking space in the courtyard (access with automatic gate). Garden and condominium porch. 2 bikes available to move around the city and along the promenade. A few hundred meters from the main entrance of the Circeo National Park, just 200 meters from the two main shopping centers of the city with Conad and Sidis supermarkets, very close to Lake Paola, which can be visited with boat excursions. Finally the famous dune of Sabaudia (reachable by bike in 5 minutes) with the view of the Circeo promontory. Not far away Sperlonga and the other coastal cities with the ports of S. Felice Circeo, Terracina and Formia from which ships leave for the Pontine Islands: Ponza, Palmarola, Ventotene daily. To visit Ninfa with its gardens. L'appartamento è pulito ed ordinato, molto luminoso e dotato di zanzariere, vicino al supermercato e con il posto auto privato all'interno del parcheggio.
