We enjoyed our stay and Jillian is a wonderful host. She responded promptly to all questions and requests. We were able to visit with family close by and they had a wonderful time ice fishing. We would definitely stay again!
This was our second year staying here and we had a wonderful time with our family. Thank you for another great year! We stayed during a heat wave and the added ac’s this year made our stay much more comfortable!
We had a wonderful stay. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Perfect location. It was very peaceful and loved that it was on the water. We would definitely recommend and wished we had more time to stay.
Beautiful, well kept property. Plenty of space for my family of 4 to spread out. Property was well kept and well stocked. Would come back in the future.
Location on lake was beautiful. First floor was super cute with a very comfortable layout. Nicely appointed with everything we needed. Love the sunroom/porch overlooking the lake. Outside was set up nice with fire pit area and kayaks and such. Giving 4 stars only because bedrooms were a little tight. No bathrooms upstairs which was ok but should take note of that if it matters to you. We were there for a training class nearby and the lake was drained a bunch for repairs so we did not take full advantage of the lake location, but we were saying it would be fun to come back when the lake is full and can bring a boat. Nice dock there. Right next to a park as well. Nice place if you’re looking for a lake getaway.
We only had a couple of hiccups with the heat upon arrival and a small electrical issue, but the host communicated quickly and all was resolved without further inconvenience to our family. Clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall we had a great stay, would stay again, and recommend to others!
A friend and I stayed here for a week and it was so lovely. We were looking to unplug and the outdoor space was great. The kitchen was well stocked and house very cozy and comfortable. Jillian was a fantastic host! We left something behind and it was no problem going back to get it after check out time.
The property was just what we needed. We were in Maine to visit family, and we were allowed to have a cookout with our family. Enjoyed kayaking on the lake when it wasn't raining! Glad it was a cool week as I didn't notice in the listing that there is no air conditioning.
We had a lovely week away. We loved the dock, the rope swing, the kayaks and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. We caught some great pike and small mouth bass. The public area could be noisy down the road at times and the neighbors were very close, but overall it was a great house and would recommend to all! I didn't realize in the listing that there was no bathroom on the 2nd floor and the stairs were steep for our kids who had to go in the middle of the night, but there is a light, so it was doable, just FYI. Thank you for a great week!
This house was the perfect location to stay for Bates College graduation weekend. The location is close to everything; the setting is perfect; the amenities listed were all at the house. Check-in and Check-out were simple. The request to consolidate garbage in big bags was easy, as there were plenty of the larger size and we were able to put all our garbage in 2 bags. Plenty of parking (we were a family of 8 traveling from different states and easily fit 4 vehicles in the allotted space. I would definitely consider staying here for longer to really experience Sabattus Pond.
With sunrises that can't be ignored, a beautiful lake/pond to play on and plenty of spaces to relax, our time at the Connors camp is now one of our top favorite family vacations. The kitchen is well stocked, more so than most rentals. Things we loved - 3-season porch, plenty of towels, couches and beds were comfortable, fishing on the dock, and watching/hearing the ducks and loons. Pictures and description in listing are accurate. We were fortunate to be there during the super blue moon in August - evening kayak trips watching the moon rise over the water are memories that will not soon be forgotten. The swing out over the water was a favorite past time as well. Thank you for sharing your special spot.
This is a very charming cabin on Sabbatus Lake. Lots of space for a family. Ample supplies available and the kitchen is good. The porch is awesome for reading and lake viewing. Great coffee station and laundry.
There is a little lake park just steps away. We were there in March and just walked around, but would be really nice in the summer.
Great out of the way location, yet close enough to Lewiston/Auburn for anything you need.
There are some areas where it might vary from expectations. It is a cabin, so some of the fit and finishes are rustic. The bedrooms are very simple and compact. The beds and bedding are a little below average, but seviceable. The pots and pans are in pretty rough condition, but we scrubbed up what we could and bought a new skillet. The appliances themselves are all good.
The owner is wonderful at communicating and answers questions very promptly.
Overall, a great stay. Thanks!

Nice view, but…
The house was well stocked, and has a nice view. We did run into some issues. There were lots of cobwebs, dead bugs, and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. I dropped my granddaughters toothbrush beside the sink, and when I picked it up, there was a big clump of hair stuck to it. The home was advertised as not having a/c so I reached out to the host. She told me that there were window units when necessary. I replied and said it would be necessary because we would be there in July and August. This is a dealbreaker for our family. We got there and there was no a/c. I reached out to the host and she was very short with me. She just kept saying “we don’t have air conditioners” , over and over. I had to raise my voice to even get a word in. She was very defensive . She did end up having two units delivered the next day which my son had to install for us. She commented that because my inquiry wasn’t attached to this actual booking, she didn’t know it was me asking about a/c. That makes no sense to me, if you say there are window units, there should be window units. She then told me that she only has them when her family is there. She offered to give me my money back, but we had nowhere else to go. There is a small beach on the property, but we were unable to use it because the beach was covered in broken glass. I’m just grateful neither of my grandchildren cut their feet on it before we realized. We spent a good hour picking up what we could find. There was a lot.
This was a perfect location to golf in the Lewiston area and support our son compete in the Ironman 70.3 in Atlanta. The house offered all we needed - plenty of space.
Jillian is a great host, who is quick to respond to any questions. Smooth all around. Thank you for letting us enjoy your cottage for the second year in a row now. We look forward to the next time.
Was able to do some ice fishing on the pond and watch the playoffs at the Gridiron with friends and family over a long weekend. Thank you for your hospitality, Clint
