The living and sleeping room features 1 double fold-away bed and opens directly onto a balcony, offering a versatile and welcoming space for relaxation. The first bedroom is a dedicated double bedroom that also benefits from direct balcony access. The second sleeping area is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds arranged in a 2x2 configuration, equally connected to outdoor space through its own balcony exit. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment benefits from 2 balconies in total, one oriented to the south and one to the east, both furnished with balcony furniture to allow guests to enjoy the surrounding views and natural light throughout the day.
