9.2/10 Wonderful! (646 reviews)
A great hotel to explore the area: petroglyphs and many trails. Sauna on site to book, with lake to dip in for a cold plunge. No elevator, so pack lightly. Lovely room with nice view of Sproat Lake. Very comfy beds and soothing atmosphere.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (614 reviews)
We really enjoyed our stay at the Cox Bay Beach Resort. The room was well equipped with everything for cooking to laundry. Having a coffee press and local coffee from Rhino was a really nice touch.
The reception staff were really helpful and informative on local hikes / things to do.
The closeness to the beach was great - we'll definitely be back.

We had a beautiful one bed suite facing the ocean. Made good use of the covered balcony. The restaurant was excellent. Loved every minute.
