During our stay, every single staff member we came into contact with were professional, polite and smiling. Great choice of food for breakfast, and the Chinese restaurant was superb. "What a wonderful experience!! I was here for work purposes but will be looking to return with my family. The staff are so friendly and efficient, special shout out to the reception, concierge and the barmen at the German Bar where we could watch the Football. The food and amenities in the hotel are excellent!! 10/10 all in and I look forward to coming back again."
