The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Great location, staff extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Beautiful Riad, great food and clean.
The only thing to criticize, we understand is a 300 years old house, but bathroom in first floor apartment, need better ventilation, or a dehumidifier; the whole room feels very humid.
We will stay again, but in second or third floor.

I want to start by saying the staff was extremely welcoming , helpful and funny. We got lost at night while at the market and could not find our way back and one of the staff members found us, picked us up, made us feel safe and brought us back to our hotel free of charge. I want to give a special thank you to him. @yadane84 I also want to thank the ladies who performed the Hamman and massage. Very comforting, relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
