Free WiFi This fantastic villa with private pool and beautiful garden, on the outskirts of Sa Pobla welcomes 6 guests. You will enjoy the exteriors of this finca, with total privacy, thank to the nice Mediterranean weather. You can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers around the pool while reading a magazine or having breakfast at the terrace early in the morning profiting the fresh air in the morning and the great views of the mountains. In fact, if you feel like a fresh orange juice, you can do it with the oranges taken from the orange trees, although this depends on the season. When it is really hot, nothing like a swim in the large salted pool which sizes 16 x 3.5 metres and with a depth that goes from 1 to 2 metres, or have a shower outside. The porch is perfect for a family dinner and a delicious barbecue at night. This one storey house has been decorated in a modern style but with some rustic details. There is a spacious room with air-conditioning, where the kitchen , the living and the dining room come together. You will also find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen features a gas top, a bar with stools and a table with 4 chairs. It is open to the dining area where there is another bigger table, and to the living room. Here, you can lie on the sofa while watching satellite TV or a DVD film, or listening to music with the CD player, or playing a table game available at the house. Behind the precious stoned columns you will find the bathroom and the two air-conditioned bedrooms. One presents two double beds and a closet and the other has a double bed and an ample walk-in closet. We can also prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The laundry room comes with a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two radiators are also available for the coldest nights. This finca is located near the railroad tracks, so it is possible you hear the noise from time to time. This is at the same time, an advantage because you can use this means of transport to go to many towns. In the centre of Sa Pobla you will find everything you need for a nice stay. By car, you can visit the village of Pollensa, which is also very near. It is a wonderful villa which is worth a visit: Its marvellous cobble stone streets with little shops. We recommend you to go to the so called "Calvari", a little chapel at the top of the village with spectacular views. The beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort are only 20 minutes drive from the house. These are fine and white sandy beaches, ideal for a dip in their crystalline waters or to taste a "paella" by the shore. You will probably hear the noise of the railroad track. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars. My children had such great fun in the huge pool and the house is so well equipped , it has it all . Really enjoyed the peace of it all . Walking distance to Sa Pobla , a few restaurants and shops but you would need a car to take the 10 Minute drive to the beach where there is more of a selection of restaurants. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Sa Pobla, am Strand ist man, mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es diverse Supermärkte. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man brauch. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben uns alle paar Tage mit allerlei leckeren Früchten verwöhnt! Als wir angekommen sind, war sogar etwas im Kühlschrank hinterlegt (Brot, Frischkäse, Wasser, Cola, Cracker, Bananen und Aprikosen). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten unbedingt wiederkommen! Absolute Weiterempfehlung für diese tolle Finca ? ##### Denise P. Ausgezeichnet ausgestattete Küche, da war alles da und vor allem in grosszügiger Anzahl. Von der Nespresso Kapselmaschine über die elektrische Fruchtpresse (man darf sich vom Garten direkt an den Orangenbäumen bedienen) über einen utility-Raum mit WM und TU, Kaminofen mit vorh. Brennholz, etc. Toll auch die vom Eigentümer selbstgefertigen Bilder und Kunstwerke. Grosszügige Ablägeflächen, viel Schrankraum. Hauptbadezimmer mit Bad/DU, WC und Waschtisch mit viel Ablagefläche. Das andere Badezimmer (DU/WC) ist nur von aussen zugänglich, im Dezember/Januar natürlich etwas ungünstig und TV nur spani. Programme. Deshalb Punkteabzug im Preis. Gute Heizung. Alle haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Fürs erste waren die notwendigsten Dinge im Kühlschrank. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und verfügt über ein eigenes Eingangstor, schöner großer pool, aussendusche, Grillplatz (grillkohle vorhanden), Außenband, überdachter essplatz draußen, Uvm. Die Finca befindet sich am Stadtrand von Sa pobla. Zum Strand Playa de Mauro fährt man ungefähr 15 min. Die Finca liegt zwischen Straße und Bahnschienen allerdings haben wir das nicht als störend empfunden. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. ##### Michael P. Obst zur Begrüßung und ein paar Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank waren wunderbar. Das Haus war bei Übergabe in einem super sauberen Zustand. Ansprechpartner der Eigentümerfamilie der perfekt deutsch versteht war auch von Vorteil. Durch einen Ministurm ging uns ein Sonnenschirm kaputt. Dieser wurde problemlos am nächsten Tag ersetzt. Überhaupt war alles was man brauchte vorhanden. Ob Sonnenschirme für den Strand, sogar Poolhandtücher, Gewürze, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs usw. Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum. In jedem Raum Antimückenstecker, daher überhaupt kein Problem mit Stechmücken! Wir haben schon viele Urlaube auf einer Finca verbracht aber dieses Haus war mit Abstand das Schönste! Wir haben gleich für das nächste Jahr reserviert. ##### Andrea H. Es ist neu und war bei unserem Besuch sehr sauber, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefüllt haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Die unweit des Hauses verlaufende Bahn hat uns nicht gestört, die fuhr nur am Tag und das nur einmal die Stunde, durch die zwischen dem Haus und den Gleisen wachsenden Bäume ist man Sichtgeschützt. Der Pool ist einfach klasse! Durch das Salzwasser hat es kaum Chlor und war sehr angenehm. Einziges Manko das es nur spanische Sender gab, so dass man selbst Nachrichten auf dem PC (Internet/WLAN sind vorhanden) anschauen musste… ##### Johann D. We came to Mallorca for friends wedding and Sa Pobla was a great spot to base ourselves in. The owner of the villa was extremely helpful, and the Homerti team made our stay super easy. The tram’s location is a plus rather than a minus as it links you to some great towns to visit. Would highly recommend Binissalem with lunch at Es P'dal. We can’t wait to visit again! The kitchen was very well equipped. When we arrived the large refrigerator (with freezing compartment) was stocked with milk,cheese, bread and cold cuts.There were fresh oranges from the garden, apples and bananas for us.All the spices needed for cooking, also oil, salt and sugar were to be found in this superior kitchen.The stove consisted of an induction unit and a gas unit for frying, side by side.To help with the washing up, a dishwasher was available. Everything in top condition and relatively new. The beds were comfortable and had enough pillows and blankets.In the utulity room a washer and dryer were available for guests, everything was clean and well cared for. The living room and kitchen face west towards the scenic mountain range Tramuntana. The air conditioner is used to heat the house which is a bit noisy and produces dry air. The dog next door sometimes barks during the night or when he sees people going to the vacation home. The internet is not always reliable, the owner had to be called several times which solved the problem. The dirt road leading to the property is not sign posted, can easily be missed, especially in the dark. ##### Monica B. Im Kühlschrank haben wir eine Erstausstattung des Vermieters für den Ankunfttag vorgefunden, vielen Dank dafür! Auch der Garten und vor allem der Pool haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man auch Bahnen schwimmen kann und insgesamt sehr schön. Er ist zwar nicht beheizt, wir konnten ihn aber trotzdem selbst in der 2\. Oktoberhälfte zum Schwimmen nutzen. Das Grundstück liegt an einer Bahnlinie und es fährt gelegentlich ein Zug. Das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört (Zug fährt nicht nachts und sehr langsam, da der Bahnhof nur ca. 500 m entfernt ist).
