The young gentleman who checked me in had limited English, but was friendly and helped me to find my room. Clean facilities, but there was a strange odour in the bathroom which improved after the air conditioning was put on. The AC made a loud noise ever so often, but was otherwise not an issue. I checked out around 6am but found that the staff on at that time did not understand my needs for a taxi at that time... More of a language issue than anything else. Once checked out, I sorted this issue and was on my way. When getting a taxi from the airport, make sure to have more details than just the motel name, our driver had never heard of it despite it being on a main road. ##### Jeff ### 4/10 Poor #### shine, china 1 Apr 2015 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service #### 不推荐 房间新，但位置不好，员工英语基本不能沟通，预定时显示免费接送，也通过邮件与店家确认会来接，但到了电话联系店家对方说不来接要自己去，几番沟通同意补贴一部分从机场过去的路费。店家给出不接机的原因是普吉有规定酒店的车不能去机场接，我想说我在普吉机场边的过渡酒店tanamas住了好几次人家都是准点来接，店家这种忽悠的态度让人不太愉快。 房间是新建的，但就在路边，屋外很地面还没有铺平，没什么环境可言吧，我住的房间有个巨大的蜘蛛，我们差点就成了蜘蛛侠。整个酒店只有两个吹风机，我们订3间房只有轮流用。 酒店电话号码换了，但未作任何通知，原电话打过去用全泰文告知换了号码，多亏亚航地勤帮忙翻译出新的号码。 住这里需要自求多福吧 ##### shine ### 6/10 Okay #### Teresa, Beijing/Denver 1 Mar 2015 Liked: Cleanliness #### Clean, modern and quaint. Close to the beach. My stay was absolutely wonderful. It was short I was only there about seven hours. But the hotel was immaculate! The garden area was gorgeous and the hotel staff was so accommodating. They drove me directly to the beach and directly to the airport upon immediate request. It looks a bit sketchy when you walk or pull up to the offices, but the actual room building is beautiful and incredibly clean and nice. Don't expect a great view but it's not ugly! Really close to the airport and shopping; only about five minutes away. ##### Teresa ### 8/10 Good #### Darbe, hong kong 9 Feb 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### 不錯 2300到達布吉機場，所以諗住搵間平平地，近機場過夜，所以book左呢度。 位置唔數近機場，喺大馬路旁，有點荒蕪，Taxi 300Thb，5分鐘到達 抵達後，我地肚餓想搵野食，但太荒蕪，我地估計都要再搵Taxi，問左Reception個男仔，佢問我地有無電單車，我地點會有.....play me\~\~\~\~ 哈哈，不過佢好Nice，諗都無諗就借佢部電單車比我地用！(≧∇≦) 呢點抵讚！ 成間房簡簡單單，純粹過夜係唔錯嘅地方！ ##### Darbe ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 4 Feb 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort #### Good hotel close to the airport Its a nice cosy hotel with clean rooms. The only problem that i had was unavailability of a restaurant in there and you can't order food, beer nothing. So if you want something you need to walk around 2kms or take a bike on rent from them, its just bad. So if you can live with this, the hotel is nice. I couldn't so i don't recommend as well.
