★★★★★ Hospitality That Redefined Luxury for Us We’ve stayed at beautiful resorts around the world, and I’ve always said Mexican hospitality was difficult to beat. After six nights at Anantara Quy Nhon, I may have to rethink that. Whether it’s Vietnam, Anantara, or the extraordinary people here, the hospitality was like none other. The care began before arrival, with responsive communication about our vegetarian diet, eggless requirements and allergies. During our stay, it was the little things that touched us most—returning to evening baths and foot soaks, herbal bedtime teas, and breakfast delivered when we slept in. Our villa host Ly was exceptional, going above and beyond while taking a genuine interest in our days and family. She recommended Tree Hugger and Sạch Coffee. Our children weren’t travelling with us, yet the team gave us handmade Vietnamese soft toys representing their birth-year animals to take home. The infinity pool, pristine beach, pool bar, happy hours and dinners were wonderful, but it’s the people we’ll remember most. Even the smallest concern was addressed almost instantly. Michael, the GM, personally checked in and shared his list of hidden Southeast Asian gems—we’ll be taking him up on those! Luxury is not just beautiful villas and views; it’s how a place makes you feel. We came to reconnect and left genuinely cared for. Anantara Quy Nhon has set a new benchmark for hospitality for us. Five stars without hesitation.

This is most likely one of the most heartfelt reviews I’ve ever written — because the experience at Maia Resort was simply exceptional. Even though the weather during our stay was cold and rainy — which meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the private pool or spend much time on the beach — the resort still managed to create an unforgettable experience for us. We were upgraded to a stunning two-bedroom beachfront suite, and it was absolutely outstanding. The space was beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and waking up to the sound and view of the ocean every morning was pure magic. The attention to detail, comfort, and privacy made it feel like a true luxury escape. What truly made the difference, however, was the level of service. The operational manager Minh went far beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was handled perfectly. One particularly memorable moment was when he personally assisted with arranging and receiving a flowers delivery from downtown at 9pm, ensuring it reached our suite smoothly and discreetly. That level of care, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality is extremely rare. Despite the challenging weather, Maia Resort turned what could have been a disappointing stay into a warm, elegant, and deeply memorable experience. The team’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this resort apart.
